Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Any services rendered are deemed non-refundable due to the nature of the service. Communication is of utmost importance, and any issues or concerns should be addressed during the progress of the project at hand.

Exceptions
The only exception to the above policy is if the service provider is unable to complete the task in the time frame discussed, or at all.
No refunds will be granted for work already completed that fulfills any particular request. Only works in progress or incomplete that the service provider has clearly stated cannot be completed in the previously agreed upon timeframe to no fault of the client; will be considered for refund status. If the works in question are delayed due to any communication or at request of the client, the service contract will be modified to suit the scope of the project. Only in the event that the agreement has been solidified and the service provider cannot complete the services in question, then shall a refund be granted.
